  • Order Information
    All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 24-hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will normally be made on the next business day. You will receive an email when the order ships. If an item is on backorder you will be notified by email within that same time period.

    Canceling or Modifying an Order
    Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse", entering the shipping process almost immediately and an email notification is sent to you. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status. Once your order enters the shipping process no further changes can be made. Please contact our Customer Service to make any changes to your order when it is in "Placed" status. If the order is in "Shipped" status, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can return your items free of charge for a credit to your account. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.

    Back Orders
    If an item is on back order, you will receive an email notification indicating that the product is not available. Generally, most back ordered items are available within 3-7 days. If at any time you want to cancel an order which is on back order, please contact our customer service at 1-877-HG-DOT-NET, or use our Contact Us page to submitt your request. You will only be charged for the back ordered items as they are shipped. You will be charged for shipping at the time the first portion of your order ships. Subsequent deliveries to complete the order do not incur additional shipping charges.



    Tracking an Order
    You can track the status of your order online at www.Hello-Gorgeous.net. Upon placing an order, you will recieve an order confirmation via e-mail that will contain a link to your "Order Confirmation Page". Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, you will receive an additional correspondence with links to order tracking page, tracking numbers and special instructions or notifications if applicable. You'll be able to review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. For Ground shipping, please estimate 2-5 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

    Shipping Cost and Delivery Schedule

    Hello-Gorgeous.net offers FLAT RATE USPS or UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders to the Continental USA destinations for $4.95.

  • USPS Priority Mail Restriction: USPS Priority Mail can not be used to ship orders that contain flammable goods, exceed 3lb in total weight, or valued more than $99USD. Orders that are placed with the USPS Priority Mail shipping option and fall under this limitation will be shipped via Ground Flat Rate $4.95 shipping method using USPS or UPS at our discretion.
  • UPS Shipping Method Restriction: we're not able to ship any order that is 10(Ten)lb or more via UPS Select Delivery Methods, i.e. UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select.

    Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
    FedEx: Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

    Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

    Hazardous Materials
    Due to air transport regulations, certain products such as aerosols, may only be sent by ground. For these shipments we offer USPS Ground (Parcel Post) at $4.95.

    General Delivery Times
    UPS Ground delivers Monday - Friday.
    USPS delivers Monday - Saturday.
    FedEx delivers Monday - Friday. FedEx 2-Day usually delivered by 4:30 p.m. for most U.S. addresses and by 7:00 p.m. for residential addresses. FedEx Standard Overnight usually delivered by 3:00 p.m. to most U.S. addresses and by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

    Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.

    International Shipping
    Currently, Hello-Gorgeous.net ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. We also now ship to UK. Shipments to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable through us. Also at this time, Hello-Gorgeous.net does not ship to APO/AP addresses. In order to make purchases on Hello-Gorgeous.net, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.

    Returns and Exchanges
    Return by Mail
    We'll gladly accept *qualified returns for any Hello-Gorgeous.net products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 20 days from the original order date and an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) must be obtained prior to returning/exchanging any merchandise. Any returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted upon the delivery to our facilities and will be returned back to the customer. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping fees are customer responcibility. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner of the parcel. In order to assist us and to better handle your return/exchange merchandise request, please submit notes detailing your request. Include notes inside the box.

    Hello-Gorgeous.net uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.

    Return Refunds and Credits
    We'll issue you a refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, less the restocking fee, if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 20 days from the original order date. All merchandise accepted for return is a subject to a 25% restocking fee. Gift Sartificates are subject to a 10% restocking fee. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

    Claims:
    We take extra care to process every order and employ electronic order fulfilment process. Any claims for concealed damage or descrepancies must be reported to our Customer Service within 24 hours after your order has arrived.

    *Qualified Returns:
    Any merchandise that does not contain a manufacturer seal can not be returned. This policy extends, but is not limited to items such as lipstick, nail polish, hair brushes, make-up, shampoo (haircare), skincare, and other similar range of products. If you're not sure if the item you're purchasing can be returned, please call or write our customer service to seek additional information. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 20 days from the original order date.

    Return/Exchange of Electrical Tools
    Any electrical merchandise (hair blowers, irons, massagers, and other) have a conditional 30 day return/exchange policy and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will accept any electrical item that is returned "as new", meaning that it was never used and all packaging is in tact. Any item that was opened and used, electrical cord is freed from its manufacturer seal or any other part of the item or the packaging is not "as new" will be refused for return/exchange and no credit will be issued. All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 20 days from the original order date.
    FHI and BioClean products are not subject to any restocking fees.
